What happens if my product has melted during shipping?
Since beef tallow melts at around 115 °F, our tallow face cream may arrive slightly melted on hot summer days. If this is the case, please stir the cream and stick the jar in the fridge for 30 minutes to solidify.

During colder months, you may notice that the cream is harder than expected when you first receive the product. No worries! Allow the product to sit at room temperature and it will soften up.
